My journey
A Career Across Disciplines
I studied Physics at undergraduate level, Electrical Engineering at master’s level and Energy Systems Engineering at doctoral level.
My academic work has included research in nanotechnology, heat transfer, renewable energy, food and water security, with more than a dozen journal publications.
Outside academia, I moved into technology and entrepreneurship, building products, working with software and artificial intelligence, and founding a technology company focused on social commerce.
I have also taught Physics and Thermodynamics at different levels, from secondary-school students to university undergraduates.
These experiences have placed me at the intersection of science, technology, business and people — and shaped how I think about leadership, institutions and problem-solving.

Beyond the CV
Long before technology, research or public service became part of my professional life, many of my ideas about leadership were formed at home.
I grew up around stories of faith, service, discipline, community and responsibility. Two men in particular — my father, Rev. Olanrewaju Olawole Osho, and my maternal grandfather, Rev. Col. Matthew Oluwapamilerin Keripe — left lessons that continue to shape how I understand leadership and legacy.

KESHO is a personal exploration of the lives and lessons of my father, Rev. Olanrewaju Olawole Osho, and my maternal grandfather, Rev. Col. Matthew Oluwapamilerin Keripe.

The title brings together the names Keripe and Osho, while drawing inspiration from the Yoruba expression:
